Account Executive (India / UAE)

About this role

You will own the full sales cycle for mid-market and enterprise accounts in India and the UAE — our primary beachhead markets. You will work closely with SDRs on pipeline generation, with CS on onboarding, and directly with the founding team to shape the commercial motion as we scale from ~25 to 60+ people.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end sales cycle from discovery to close for mid-market accounts ($20K-$200K ACV).
• Develop territory plans for India and UAE markets — identify and prioritise ICP segments.
• Partner with SDRs to build and qualify pipeline; maintain 3x coverage ratio.
• Lead product demos, business cases, and enterprise security reviews.
• Negotiate contracts, MSAs, and DPAs in partnership with Legal.
• Capture structured market feedback and relay it to Product and Engineering.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of B2B SaaS closing experience (AE or senior SDR to AE transition).
• Track record of consistent quota attainment at $100K+ ACV.
• Experience selling to RevOps, Sales, or Marketing personas.
• Strong discovery and consultative selling skills.
• Fluency in English; conversational Hindi, Arabic, or Urdu is a plus.

• Familiarity with WhatsApp Business use-cases in commerce or customer engagement.
