Sales Development Representative

About this role

You will fill the top of the funnel — identifying and qualifying revenue-team leads in India, the UAE, and globally, using a mix of outbound sequencing, LinkedIn, WhatsApp outreach, and inbound follow-up. You will learn the product deeply and develop into an AE candidate within 12-18 months.

What you'll do

• Execute multi-touch outbound sequences (email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp) targeting RevOps, Sales, and Marketing leaders.
• Qualify inbound leads from the website, demo requests, and trial sign-ups.
• Research accounts and personalise outreach to ICP segments (fintech, retail, healthcare, B2B SaaS).
• Book 15+ qualified discovery calls per month for Account Executives.
• Maintain CRM hygiene — accurate activity logging, pipeline stage updates.
• Share market and objection intel with the GTM team weekly.

What we're looking for

• 1+ year in an SDR, BDR, or outbound sales role (SaaS preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Resilient, coachable, and process-driven — you love testing and iterating on sequences.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).

• Experience with WhatsApp Business for B2B outreach.
• Knowledge of India or UAE enterprise SaaS buying patterns.
• Hindi, Arabic, or Urdu language skills.
