A relevant take-home or live session: system design for engineers, portfolio walkthrough for designers, deal simulation for GTM. Always compensated for significant time.

Final conversation + offer
45 min
A 45-minute conversation with the hiring manager and one cross-functional peer. Offer letters go out within 48 hours of a positive decision.

Our engineering and product team is headquartered in Bengaluru, India with remote members across Asia-Pacific, EMEA, and North America. GTM roles are primarily Bengaluru and Dubai.

Typically 10-14 business days from application to offer. Four steps, all scheduled within two weeks.

Yes. We run a general application pipeline year-round. Send your CV and a short note about what you would like to work on to careers@optikratos.com. We keep strong candidates on file and reach out when roles open.

We do not currently sponsor visas for new hires. All roles are open to candidates who have the right to work in their listed location. Remote roles are open globally where we have a legal entity.

The growth trajectory from ~25 toward 60+ is based on our current investor-deck projections and hiring plan. We share this for transparency but it is not a guaranteed number — actual hiring is tied to funding milestones.

All full-time employees receive ESOP grants. Cliff and vesting schedules are standard (1-year cliff, 4-year vest). Specifics are discussed during the offer stage.
