Product Designer (UX/UI)

About this role

You will design across the full product surface: the marketing site, the app shell, and the 43+ product-feature pages inside OptiKratos. You will own the Storybook design system, work directly with engineers on implementation, and run continuous usability testing with design-partner customers.

What you'll do

• Own the visual and interaction design of new features from brief to shipped component.
• Maintain and evolve the Storybook design system — tokens, components, usage guidelines.
• Produce high-fidelity Figma prototypes and design specs ready for engineering handoff.
• Run usability tests with design-partner customers; synthesise findings into actionable design decisions.
• Collaborate with Marketing on landing pages, campaigns, and brand-consistent visual assets.
• Ensure all designs meet WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of product design (UX/UI) for B2B SaaS products.
• Strong Figma skills — components, auto-layout, variables, prototyping.
• Experience contributing to or owning a design system.
• Portfolio showing complex dashboard or data-dense UI design.
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS — you understand how your designs are implemented.

Nice to have

Not required — but they will make us notice your application.

• Experience with Tailwind CSS or shadcn/ui implementation.
• Familiarity with Storybook.
• Background in designing for mobile-first markets (India, Middle East).
