About this role

You will own the product roadmap for a slice of the OptiKratos platform — working directly with engineers, designers, and GTM teams to ship features that win enterprise deals and delight design partners. This role requires deep customer empathy, sharp technical judgment, and the ability to prioritise ruthlessly inside a 43-product-page platform.

What you'll do

Define, prioritise, and communicate the roadmap for 2-3 domain modules in partnership with Engineering leads.
Run discovery with design-partner customers — interviews, usability tests, prototype reviews.
Write crisp PRDs: problem statement, success metrics, edge cases, and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with Sales and CS on deal-blockers and customer escalations to inform prioritisation.
Own the module launch process: release notes, feature announcements, onboarding flows.
Define and track KPIs for your modules: adoption, retention, NPS, and revenue impact.

What we're looking for

4+ years of product management in a B2B SaaS company.
Track record shipping 0 to 1 features and iterating with data.
Strong written communication — clear PRDs, crisp updates, async-first mindset.
Comfort reading API docs and discussing technical tradeoffs with engineers.
Experience working with enterprise customers on security, compliance, or integration requirements.

Nice to have

Not required — but they will make us notice your application.

Domain experience in CRM, marketing automation, or conversational AI.
Familiarity with India or UAE market dynamics for B2B SaaS.
Background in early-stage (pre-Series B) product orgs.
